ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Mary started designing at a young age, picking out paint colors, helping her contractor dad on jobsites, and commandeering the family Christmas tree. Thankfully, she has mostly moved past that part. She worked for interior design and architecture firms, detoured as a Marketing Executive for same, and then happily went back to her first love, Interior Design & Remodeling. She prides herself with staying current on design trends, but is not trendy. Mary is a Northwest native, but also heavily influenced by local and global travels, especially the Down Under culture and designs of Australia and New Zealand.
Mary loves the natural environment of the Pacific Northwest. You can find her outside most days, rain or shine, walking, biking and searching for whales, or just soaking in the beauty. She lives, creates and loves exploring out of her home base in Tacoma Washington.
